Description

I bought many of these hand woven friendship bracelets on the streets of San Cristobal, a beautiful high altitude city in the gorgeous Mexican State of Chiapas. I spent a few months there in 2006, and will be interested to go back and see what has changed. Chiapas was the most beautiful, unspoiled State in the country, but economic and business interests were working hard to plunder its natural resources, like hardwood and uranium.
